Grant eManagement System
The Grants eManagement System (GeMS) can be accessed here.
Grantees are encouraged to use the GeMS Grantee User Manual to assist in navigating GeMS.
All grant reports (six month progress and final reports) must be submitted through GeMS. Please use the link above to access the GeMS website and utilize theGeMS Grantee User Manuall for all reporting instructions.
Six Month Progress Report due: November 30, 2016
Final Report due: June 14, 2017
*GeMS will not accept any reports after 5:00pm on these due dates!

Grant Changes/Grant Amendments
Grantees are required to notify Komen Northwest Ohio through GeMS at least 30 days in advance of and must receive prior written approval for any proposed changes to the personnel, design, budget, collaborating organizations (if any), content, or specific aims of the Project. Komen Northwest Ohio will have at least 14 days to review and accept/reject any proposed changes. Grantees may modify the budget without prior approval of Komen, so long as the modification does not change any budget expense subcategory by more than 5%; increase the amount of any cost above the maximum allowable for a subcategory item (such as indirect or equipment costs); or result in an expenditure outside of the Grant purpose.
Amendments and Grant Change Requests can only be initiated by the Project Director and submitted by the Authorized Signer.
Amendments may be submitted for the following:
- A no-cost extension request
- Budget changes
- Personnel changes
- Other requests as deemed appropriate by the Affiliate
